Amanda has worked in property sales since 1998 for two of the main, high profile Estate agents in Suffolk - Bidwells & Savills.

Amanda operated New Homes departments at these firms and has over 10 years experience in providing the services she offers in her role with Crichton Property. She has handled the sales and marketing of a variety of new housing developments, enabling her to acquire detailed knowledge of the property market and an extensive network of contacts. Her experience ranges from individual houses to high density apartment schemes such as those at the regenerated Ipswich Waterfront.

Amanda is very experienced at providing advice to developers including sales and marketing strategy, property market research, pitching to developers for agency instructions, organising show homes and sales offices, together with the recruitment, management and training of staff.
